TERMS AND CONDITIONS – GOGSTAAD
1 Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the GoGstaad platform, including delivery
services taxi services, and any other services provided through the GoGstaad mobile application or
website (“Platform”). By using the Platform, users agree to be bound by these Terms.
2 Definitions
- “User” refers to any individual accessing or using the Platform.
- “Service Provider” refers to registered drivers, couriers, or service professionals offering services
via GoGstaad.
- “GoGstaad,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the company operating the Platform.
3 Use of the Platform
Users must be at least 18 years old to use GoGstaad services. Users agree to provide accurate
information and comply with all applicable laws.
4 Ordering and Delivery
GoGstaad acts as an intermediary between Users and Service Providers. Delivery times are
estimates and not guaranteed. GoGstaad is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic,
or other external factors.
5 Taxi Services
Taxi fares are calculated based on distance, time, and applicable surcharges. A “Waiting Time Fee”
of CHF 80 per hour (pro? ?rated) applies when activated by the driver.
6 Payments
All payments must be made through approved payment methods on the Platform. Prices include
applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are final and non-refundable except in cases of
confirmed service errors.
7 Cancellations and Refunds
Users may cancel orders or rides according to the cancellation policies displayed on the Platform.
GoGstaad reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion.
8 Responsibilities of Service Providers
Service Providers must follow all GoGstaad guidelines, including professionalism, punctuality, and
safety Service Providers are independent contractors and not employees of GoGstaad.9 Prohibition of Platform Bypass
Service Providers are strictly prohibited from soliciting Users to bypass the Platform for future
bookings Violations may result in account termination and legal action.
1 . Liability
GoGstaad is not liable for damages arising from:
- Actions of Service Providers,
- Delays or service disruptions,
- Incorrect or misleading information provided by Users.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law.
1 . Data Protection
GoGstaad complies with Swiss data protection legislation. User data is used only for service
delivery and internal improvements.
1 . Account Termination
GoGstaad may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the
Platform
1 . Changes to Terms
GoGstaad reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform
constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
1 . Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of
the Canton of Bern.
